This distribution approach is in no way intended to reflect negatively on the reputation and good name of these highly respected retailers. On the contrary, Kiefer Brushes has the highest respect for these legitimate and important stores. What is intended is a firm support of Kiefer Brushes Independent Dealer/Distributor Network (factory and mill supply houses, chain stores, janitorial suppliers and hardware stores) and in order to improve their competitive stance, our order requirements are small.

ALL BRUSHES ARE MADE OF QUALITY MATERIALS AND ARE GUARANTEED TO GIVE SATISFACTORY SERVICE WHEN USED FOR THE PURPOSE INTENDED.
We will replace, without charge, any brush that shows defects in either workmanship or material. Our liability expressed or implied, shall be limited to replacement or repair of defective products. To obtain replacement, all goods must be returned for examination.
